Louisiana cops have arrested a 32-year-woman on charges that she illegally fondled and caressed a female coworker at a Waffle House restaurant.
Jennifer Pulsifer is facing a felony sexual battery charge in connection with a pair of incidents last March, according to a Mandeveille Police Department press release. Pulsifer is pictured above in a St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office mug shot.
Investigators claim that Pulsifer ran her hand between the legs of a fellow employee who had bent over to pick up some change, “caressing her genitalia in the process.” Over the following days, Pulsifer allegedly “continued to make sexual remarks aimed at the victim.” On March 10, Pulsifer reached into the victim’s bra “to fondle her breast,” according to cops.
Pulsifer, already in jail on unrelated narcotics charges, was also hit with a misdemeanor simple battery count in addition to the felony sexual battery count.

Colbert Report: Sandy The Police Dog Alerted To Crack In Man’s Buttocks
After a police dog named Sandy alerted to “the presence of narcotic odor coming from his rear,” a Florida man retrieved a tube containing 12 crack cocaine rocks that had been nestled in his buttocks.
As seen in the above police evidence photo (click to enlarge), Clarell Colbert’s stash was hidden inside a container of Krazy Glue, a daring choice by the alleged drug dealer. Colbert, pictured at left, was nabbed last month by St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a felony drug possession with intent to sell charge.
A police report notes that Colbert, 19, was questioned after a deputy spotted him on a bicycle “in the roadway obstructing traffic.” After a “positive alert” from Sandy (seen at right), deputies accompanied Colbert to a “secure bathroom” at a nearby Baptist church. There, the teen “stated he would get the tube out of his but,” according to the report.
Colbert is being held in the county jail in lieu of $200,000 bond.

Man Accused Of "Brute Force" iPad Hack Freed From Federal Custody
After nearly six weeks in custody, one of two men accused of stealing the personal details of more than 100,000 iPad owners was freed today on bail.
Andrew Auernheimer, 25, was released on $50,000 bail following a hearing in U.S. District Court in Newark, New Jersey. Auernheimer, pictured at right in a United States Marshals Service (USMS) mug shot, has been in federal custody since FBI agents arrested him in Arkansas on January 18.
Auernheimer and codefendant Daniel Spitler, 26, were named last month in a criminal complaint charging them with a “brute force” attack on AT&T that yielded confidential data on users of the popular Apple tablet.
Spitler, seen in this USMS booking photo, was released on $50,000 bond days after his arrest.
In a January 18 financial affidavit, Auernheimer reported that he has been unemployed since November 2008, and claimed to have only made $200 during the previous year. A father of two minor children who live overseas, Auernheimer’s residence appears fluid. He “lives w/friends, motels,” according to the affidavit.

Meet James Dobran, The Notorious Ohio Dunkin' Donuts Urinator
What kind of a guy goes into a Dunkin’ Donuts at 1:30 AM and urinates on the front counter?
Meet James Dobran.
The 19-year-old Ohioan was collared early yesterday after workers at the Alliance donut shop called 911 to report that a patron had exposed himself and urinated on the counter and floor.
Cops who confronted Dobran at the Dunkin’ Donuts outlet noted that he smelled of booze and showed other evidence of intoxication, according to an Alliance Police Department report. Dobran is seen in the above mug shot.
It is unclear why the teenager chose to relieve himself on the counter of the business, which has a bathroom available to customers.
After being transported to police headquarters, Dobran “stated that his people from Youngstown would kill me very soon,” reported Patrolman Donald Bartolet. Along with public indecency and criminal mischief, Dobran was hit with resisting arrest, underage consumption, and aggravated menacing counts.

Permanent Restraining Order Issued Against Mark Zuckerberg Stalker
Mark Zuckerberg has been granted a permanent restraining order against the California man the Facebook CEO has accused of stalking him.
A Santa Clara Superior Court order bars Pradeep Manukonda, 31, from having any contact with Zuckerberg until at least February 13, 2014. In a January 31 filing, Zuckerberg accused Manukonda of “stalking me, my girlfriend and sister.”
A temporary restraining order barred Manukonda from going within 300 yards of Zuckerberg and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan. It also ordered Manukonda to halt e-mail and Facebook contact with the 26-year-old billionaire and to stay away from Zuckerberg’s home and offices in Palo Alto.
Court records show that a permanent restraining order was issued a week before a scheduled February 22 hearing in front of Judge Socrates Manoukian. It appears that Manukonda, who did not respond to a message left on his voicemail, did not oppose the issuance of the permanent restraining order. Though termed "permanent," California law only allows judges to issue restraining orders of up to three years in length.
Zuckerberg was prompted to file for the original restraining order after Manukonda sent him a series of troubling messages asking for help and claiming he was “ready to die for you.” Manukonda also repeatedly sought to meet the Facebook boss at his home and office despite warnings from the police and Zuckerberg’s corporate security team.

Female Inmate Utters Line Never Previously Recorded In A Police Report
After arriving at a Florida lockup Wednesday afternoon to begin serving a 30-day sentence for drug possession, Sara King was placed into “Female Pod.”
While there, King was strip searched by Deputy Merced, who asked the 25-year-old inmate “if she had anything on her she was not suppose to have,” according to a police report.
This kind of query is usually met with a “No.”
However, King, pictured above, offered a quick confession and uttered a line rarely seen in law enforcent reports.
“Just my pills in my vagina,” she said.
Merced then “instructed King to remove the pills and give them to her.” King complied and Merced took possession of eight pills and two small fragments (which were identified as Buprenorphine SL, a drug often used to treat narcotics addiction).
For bringing the pills into the Manatee County jail, King was hit with a felony introduction of contraband count.

In Some Parts Of The U.S. "Redneck" Is Actually Considered A Religion
While certainly no experts on spiritual matters, until today we were unaware of the existence of a religion being practiced in the South.
As seen in the above excerpt from a Bradenton (Florida) Police Department report, suspect Joshua Lee Joehlin told cops that he is a member of the “Redneck” faith.
Joehlin, a 20-year-old Texan, was busted early Sunday morning on a felony charge of engaging in a lewd and lascivious act with a minor. Joehlin, pictured at left, is being held in the Manatee County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Utah Cops Arrest Yogi Bear, Notorious Basket Thief, On Variety Of Charges
On the heels of a KFC Double Down sandwich getting booked in Florida, Yogi Bear was purportedly collared yesterday in Provo, Utah.
The Hanna-Barbera character was detained yesterday on a variety of counts, including fishing without a license and an immigration charge, according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office Corrections Bureau web site.
As seen above, the mug shot of Bear--who is described as 60 years old and 490 pounds--is sandwiched between suspects arrested for pot possession and vehicular infractions. A second page on the sheriff’s web site provides additional details about Bear’s bust.
However, while suspected of prior thefts involving picnic baskets, Bear’s reported arrest Tuesday morning apparently did not actually happen. The entry on the sheriff’s web site was done as part of a training or testing exercise.

Feds Release Jared Loughner Mug Shots (That Scary Smile Was Wiped From His Face).
The creepy smile was gone from Jared Loughner’s face when the alleged Arizona gunman posed for mug shots taken by the United States Marshals Service.
Those photos (click to enlarge), seen above, were released today in response to a Freedom of Information request.
Immediately following his January 8 arrest for killing six people and wounding 14 others, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, Loughner was photographed by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department forensics unit.
That image, which investigators do not consider a mug shot, showed a beaming Loughner only hours after the shooting spree outside a Safeway supermarket where Giffords was meeting constituents.
Loughner, 22, was subsequently turned over to the custody of federal officials and apparently posed for the USMS booking photos when he appeared in U.S. District Court in Phoenix.
Lawyers for Loughner argued that the release of the USMS photos would be prejudicial to their client. However, following a court hearing Friday, Judge Larry Burns declined to bar the release of the images. Instead, he ruled that it was the responsibility of the USMS to decide whether the photos should be made public.

Sharing Child Porn Online? Perhaps The Nickname "Pervymcperv" Might Bring Unwanted Attention
Along with the usual array of degenerates, stalkers, and deviants, the Internet is crawling with a massive number of federal agents building cases against these online creeps, most of whom, it seems, enjoy trading child pornography.
As a result, investigators spend a lot of time bouncing between peer-to-peer networks looking for individuals openly sharing illicit images and videos.
As seen above (click to enlarge), some guys make themselves inviting targets by their unfortunate choice of user names. The excerpt is from an FBI affidavit filed recently in U.S. District Court.

Noisy Sex Triggers Brawl Between Brothers Who Still Live With Their Mom
Meet the Crawford brothers.
Shane, 33, and Christian, 31, live together at their 63-year-old mother’s residence in Bradenton, Florida. The Crawford household, it seems, is a tense one.
Witness the events of last night, when Shane was in his room having sex with his girlfriend. This encounter, according to a sheriff’s report, resulted in an argument between the Crawfords because Christian believed his older brother and the woman were “making an excessive amount of noise.”
The pair’s verbal disagreement quickly turned physical, with Christian “forcefully” throwing an ashtray at his brother’s head. The on-target toss caused a one-inch laceration on Shane’s right cheek. Shane allegedly retaliated by punching his brother five times in the head.
The Crawfords were each arrested for domestic battery and booked into the Manatee County jail. The siblings (Shane is on the left) are pictured in the above mug shots.
