My idea of prison: 24/7 in the cell, no yard, no exercise. Food: fortified oatmeal mush, three times a day, plus water. No snacks of any kind. No meat. No vegetables. No processed foods. Just mush. Its not bad being in other countries... I've been to about 40 different countries now. I don't think you should derive your opinion on shows that tell you some of the freaky shit that happened there. Ever wonder why so many foreigners think America is crime ridden and/or racist? Because they're making the same mistake except werever they live.
