@DonJuanDeMARCO Booths were used long before money was collected by the guys in them. For many years you don't stop to pay money. You put those little devices on your car and it collects the money that you installed before. Pedesterians are not allowed in Bosphorus bridge but this guy maybe one of those who sell stuff when there is traffic jam around the gates

@doc92 I wish people like you understood that it's not the bad driving, but the prevalence of dash cams which make Russian accidents so much more common here. It goes back to insurance fraud, which is what makes people mount those things... I guess putting 2 and 2 together just isn't that easy anymore. Statistically, India is worse.

Worst part of this was the tollbooth operator was going to retire in three days after winning the lottery and beating cancer after recovering from a stroke from stress of his whole family dying in a, ironically enough, tollbooth explosion.

1.) Man walking out of the toll booth should have at ~least~ looked both ways like any person interested in living.
2.)Guy driving deserves to be punished harshly. People don't respect exactly how dangerous a multi ton object moving at high speeds is.
