@CAlimex The best move is to run away if your unarmed,might sound weak but its true, anyone who suggests otherwise is full of it. You try doing these moves in a full on attack with someone who knows how to use a knife and you will get cut to bits, most decent instuctors will be the first to tell you that aswell , no point in being deluded.
