Poll: Less Than Half Of Republicans Believe Obama Was Born In U.S.

Less than half of Republicans believe that Barack Obama was born in the United States of America, a new public opinion poll finds.

Only 42 percent of Republican respondents in a Research 2000 survey said they thought Obama was a natural born citizen; 28 percent said they did not believe Obama was born in the United States; 30 percent said they were not sure.

  • I don't believe all the stories about Obama but I do doubt if his mother was sure who the father was.
    Ever see the movie Omen.
    I am more concerned with all the things Obama and Congress are trying to break in order to act like they can fix it. Like a child with Christmas presents.
    Just like wasting time finding stuff on Sarah Palin, the birth certificate is nothing it is the damage to America that should be top priority.

  • Just show your birth cert and be done with it. Then show your shcool transcripts and be done with it. Sarah Palin's entire life and the life of her kids is fair game for a "public figure" but we can't dare ask for the annointed one's transcripts and medical records.
