Shooter Anders Behring Breivik back on Utøya for reconstruction

In hindsight a good tactic, if you were able to while avoiding being shot, would have been to make your way back to where he arrived at the dock and steal his boat to escape. He came there on a small boat. This way he would be stuck there and you and some others would be able to escape.

There are reports that he called police several times during the attack and offered to surrender if they called him back.
They allegedly never did.
