They build these Ospey's about 30 mins from where i live at a Boeing plant in Ridley Park,Pennsylvania a white trash suburb of Philly,these aircraft have had issues since day one and i know a father and son that work there when they are not laid off and talk about the trash that work there because of the drug infested neighborhood around the plant,this time it is not negroes,it's all white trash. @Americanalltheway It is not a complete failure,you are right. It seems that mostly it has been mechanical failures reported more then pilot error or weather related crashes or failures,but this is an awesome design with great capabilities and much needed for what situations they put it in for sure.

Those things used to wake me up all the time on KAF. Seems like they only flew out at night. V22s sound like 2 helicopters with very fast rotors. Pretty cool to watch them leave and come back.
