Pastors Break IRS Law on Purpose

HURRAY! Never thought I would be a fan of the IRS, but....go get em' boys!!!! Time for churches to lose their tax exempt status. These fuckers have done one of the dumbest things they could have ever thought up. The whole question of tax exempt status being bullshit in the first place will be litigated now. What will NOT be the result is that churches will be able to engage in political party promotion AND not pay taxes. THAT is expressly against the law, is NOT a free speech issue and churches are NOT going to be given a special pass.

The IRS will most certainly go after them too. And if they do not, then the IRS can expect to be sued by other tax payers (perhaps millions of them in a class action) for violating the 'equal protection under the law' provisions of the constitution. The IRS may not ignore some tax laws which are blatantly broken by one group, allowing them to not pay taxes and then enforce tax laws against another group, throwing them in jail and taking their homes when they do not pay.

This is gonna be one of the best legal can of worms ever opened.
