Some cops have told me not to mess around in Vegas.

that's funny, outside policy does not mean it was legal. policy doesnt mean shit when it comes to actual law. just because a department operates it's own guidelines doesn't mean those guidelines make them all powerful or beyond being sued. You cannot break the law to enforce the law.

You can only be a vet from a war. Iraq is just a conflict, U.S. never declared war, as is Vietnam and Korea.

In order for a war to transpire one country would have to declare it upon the other. Other wise it is illegal occupation/conflict. Read the constitution.

HAHAHA...We have'nt declared war since Korea and despite politics,these"conflicts"are every bit the definition of war....So under your thinking.We could have a full blown nuclear holocaust and b/c you did'nt see some assholes on c-span say"We declare war",it's not considered war???
No it has nothing to do with C-Span and as i said Korea was not a war.
Again, in order for a war to occur, the United States of America's constitution states; A declaration of War must be approved/signed by Congress.
The last 3 wars being with Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania.
