In Argentina, the government is using dogs to sniff out US dollars.

As part of a crack down on tax evasion, money laundering and cash being sent overseas, restrictions are being imposed on foreign currency.

      Argentine dollar collapse due to the socialist economy. They kept printing money until it became worthless. The people can only preserve their wealth on the US Dollar or the Euro.

      no, not so much. the upcoming 'fiscal cliff' is going to be real ball buster. also im not so sure that the constitution grants powers to the executive that allows the executive to override the power granted to executive by the constitution. but if so there wont be huge problem because we can count on easily raising the debt ceiling!

  • This story sounds very much the same in all socialist countries. They nationalize industry, attempted price control thus drove up inflation. High inflation made their currency almost worthless forcing people to resort to the US Dollars or the Euro. People never learn.
