I have to laugh at all the comments concerning guns in the US. I think a little history is required to even begin talking about our gun laws.

That's not a good representation of College Stations, it's actually pretty lush and humid as hell. Very green. The part of Texas famous for being a wasteland is the part out west near El Paso.
