Drunken illegal immigrant who sneaked back into Britain after being deported used car 'as a weapon' and killed 'honest' pensioner couple in 100mph smash.
The family of a couple killed by an illegal immigrant drink-driver have blamed Britain's shambolic border controls.
Failed asylum seeker Eduard Mereohra, 26, was kicked out of the country in 2009 but slipped back in just months later.
On New Year's Day, still drunk from a party the night before, he ploughed into a car carrying grandparents David and Dorothy Metcalf, killing them both and tearing a loving family apart.
Yesterday, after he was jailed for nine years, the couple's family said they would still be alive today if the immigration system had not let them down.
They demanded an official investigation into how the Moldovan national was able to make a mockery of our border controls.

Exactly so. In the US, the consistent beneficiaries of illegal and immigrant voting are the Democrats. They wilfully tolerate illegal immigration, in fact they fund and encourage it. Also they have fought tooth and nail against every initiative to require ID for voting. The patterns are obvious.

I thought that voting was reserved for citizens/nationals.
If that is not the case the constitution ought to be modified, and if it is the case the law should be enforced, as stopping illegal immigration won't do anything against this disrespect.

Most of those I have known tend to drink heavily at frequent parties. Alcoholism is another matter.

You're not the only one to make that observation. A high percentage of the ones I've known seem to drink hard on a regular basis and not think twice about drunk driving. Anecdotal evidence aside, there are statistics to back it up:
