  • The very fact that Huntsman is being ignored by the media (particularly Fox) is enough to like him.

    • @PH-DEE

Huntsman has actually been given a lot of attention by the media. He gets nowhere in the polls despite the attention, and the media has kept bending the rules at the debates to ensure that Huntsman stays in them. There were a couple other minor candidates who'd tossed their hats into the race, and they never got any coverage at all, while Huntsman does, even though their polls numbers have been largely similar.

  • I'd vote for this guy, he sounds like a real conservative unlike the lunatic fringe that stole that word.

  • I like John as well. Not sure why he is so low in the polls.

Wouldn't it be something if everyone said "fuck it" to the usual suspects and this guy shoots to the number one spot?

    Dreaming...

    • @wharris The monied interests always get top ratings and pushed to the front. That should be a red flag to anyone paying attention.

    • @Zardoz003
Stats show that less that 25% of the voting public really pay attention.

    • @wharris And stats also say that less than 50% of eligible citizens vote, so that along with your numbers show that only 1/8th of adults in this country know anything about whats going on. Fucking sad state of things, that is why it's been so easy to turn this place into a police state. Barely anyone knows fuck all about what they have or had to know better then to allow this shit.

  • Tim Pawlenty and Jon Huntsman are both great candidates - But how do you get nomination in the GOP without pandering to Religious Right and Fox News Neo-Cons?

Huntsman would have to firebomb a Mosque waving wrapped in the flag while carrying the bible and streaming "Lets Bomb Iran"...then someone at FOX would stand up and declare he is the strongest leader in the field.

  • Huntsman, Bachmann, and Santorum are all going along hoping that if they don't tick off anybody then they'll get tapped as a running mate.

  • Santorum and Huntsman are the only GOP hopefuls that have a chance of challenging Obama. Why is the GOP ignoring them? The GOP are elephants - big, slow and dumb.
