This happened in Port Klang, Malaysia as the truck was involved in an
accident with the blue car. The policeman spewed some vulgarities
towards the trucker, and surprise surprise the trucker challenged the
police to take off his uniform, then to a fight. The policeman kept his
balls in the station locker hence he had no balls to take up the
challenge. This was first time this sort of incident was recorded
because police in Malaysia is not exactly 1st class when came to actually doing
their duties.
