This wasn't a joke. We played jokes on each other too, mainly with MRE bombs but this is definitely a round. All you people saying plastic explosive are fucking stupid and have never been around weapons or explosives before. Probably a neglegent discharge but everyone's reaction could easily make it an enemy round.
