A terrorist rants over the dead body of a fallen terrorist and complains in the classic takfiri manner that they do not want the Arab rulers. He referred to all Arab rulers in general, this is the classic takfiri language which includes the Al-Qaeda mindset of Bin Laden lately. They believe all Arab and Muslim rulers are corrupt and should be overthrown through a violent campaign they misguidedly call 'jihad' in the way of God. They refer to the group Ahlus Sunnah to which the highest Saudi religious authorities belong, however, these religious authorities consider the takfiris to be heritics and outcasts for the call to overthrow governments. The highest religious authorities do not consider this to be a genuine 'jihad' in the way of God. It would appear that the Saudi government is spiralling into a collision with the Saudi religious authorities. The Saudi government is desperately trying to promote the takfiris to overthrow the Syrian government, yet somehow trying to balance that against spreading a catastrophe to their own despotic regime.
