I don't get it. Not saying he shouldn't get jail time but this guy gets 238 years even though he didn't kill the person, but because its a 'racial crime' against a black its 238 years?!?!! >_>
How many blacks that kill non-blacks in the US every year that don't even get a FRACTION of that of jail sentence when they're found guilty? And If it were a black kid that was acting as looking out for his bro, would he have received the same sentence?? Somehow I seriously doubt it.
