Here is video of President Obama giving opening remarks at his press conference today in the White House. Notice his head bobbing back and forth as he relied totally on his teleprompters located on each side of the lecturn. At around the 4:42 mark, Obama stumbles in reading his remarks.

As far as content, Obama announced he is limiting offshore drilling until he can be sure nothing like the Gulf Oil Spill happens again. He also said as many ways as possible that he and his administration has done everything possible to deal with the Oil Spill.

You would think that the smartest President we’ve ever had could deliver opening remarks in the White House without having to read it word for word.
