That gave me chills. I love the haka.
What a great show of respect to their fallen comrades.

@Megadeth There are two main ones used now days I believe, but each tribe had their own chants back in the day.. The All Blacks (Rugby team) used to use the one you just heard, but they often use a different one these days, more for the challenge at hand.. I think there are variations for the differing reasons.. Not very different though.

@fuchajen Yea it worked so well for the Horis that all the Pakehas should adopt it.

Thats pretty cool to see everyone come together and preform a dance like that before saying goodbye. Better then everyone sitting and crying. At my funeral id like a huge party not people crying... your supposed to remember the good times.. and as i remember you never cry during the good times only tears of joy!

Every culture has their way to show respect for their fallen comrades. We have 21 guns and taps, The new Zealanders have Haka and the Egyptians have their tombs.
RIP to all of our fallen

When the Kiwi's play Australia in the footy the players do the haka just before the game, the effect it has on everybody is incredible.
R.I.P friends.

I don't imagine anyone will do a haka for me when I'm gone. What a special tribute, an honor from dear comrades.
God bless them all.
