Sponge Bob is a popular cartoon series in Russia. We also like a parody known as Wooldoor Sockbat from Drawn Together, but you can't watch it with your kids.
Anyway, the thranslation is far away from correct since the army theme is a pun and it's pretty difficult to give a correct english translation.
Here's the translation of one rhyme:

@cherom Yes I agree I work with many Russians in the oil industry...so here's a joke to support your comment....When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity.
To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion dollars to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300°C.
