At about 1:30PM on the 1st of October, a second Occupy march issued forth, this time from Freedom Plaza.
This march attempted to storm the Chamber of Commerce, Bloomfield
Properties, and PEPCO, but wasn't able to get beyond a literal foot in
the door at Bloomfield Properties, the folks who evicted Occupy Wall
Street. The US Chamber of Commerce had their doors open but cops inside,
and PEPCO being right across from Bloomfield and a notorious target was
reinforced beforee Occupy even crossed the street.
Occupy called out PEPCO for all three of their offenses: That fat rate
hike, their refusal to negotiate in good faith with the electrical
workers, and their continued purchase of electricity from generators
still using coal from mountaintop removal mines.

@dcdirectactionnews Type his name in and search. He was a LL member who made the news last year at an Occupy rally...he built a fort out of pallets, but as soon as the cops showed up it collapsed like a house of cards...lol. Oh, he's also known for his excessive use of tin foil in his videos.

@safetychuck2 Last summer, a home being defended by Occupy our Homes from eviction by US Marshalls was barricaded with milk crates held together with what appeared to be bungee cords. This assembly also collapsed like a house of cards-possibly on purpose, and directly onto the marshalls when they foolishly tried to pull it down.
An organizer's youtube video showed the crates flying back and forth like the fists of boxers as the marshalls tried to essentially swim through the flailing crates. On More..
