This is because of 'dehydration'.

Kelly Rowland collapsed onstage Sunday (July 15), while performing a show in Lagos, Nigeria.

Rowland was taken to a local hospital where she was treated and released. According to Kelly's spokesperson Yvette Noel Schure, dehydration was to blame for the fall [Watch video here] and Kelly is now in good condition.

The former Destiny's Child singer was in West Africa to participate in the ThisDay Music Festival, where she joined a lineup that also included Shakira, UB40 and Rihanna.

Kelly is expected to return to the U.S. today (July 16) to continue her publicity tour in support of her recently released album Ms. Kelly.
