The sheer dominance when he was in his prime . . . I've never seen anything like it; before or since. I remember there was a time when nobody bet against Tyson. We only gambled on the round he would knock the other guy out. If everyone wanted the first round, we would have to pick a time and the closest got the pot. We picked a time in the first more times than not.

Mike Tyson has disgraced himself repeatedly. He has demonstrated his lack of good character. He is not a good roll model for today's youth.
He is not worthy of receiving a "tribute".

If only tyson was still in his prime today he'd show everyone why they called him Iron mike ,One of my fav boxers of all time This man is no joke in the ring although he had his worst moments in life hes great boxer, met him personaly too.

Just think of what his true potential was in the boxing world if he could have shrugged off all of the hanger ons and personal demons. I am glad to see him make a personal comeback recently but still miss seeing him in the ring. He was the Carlos Hathcock of boxing "one shot one kill" in his prime.
