The largest Nuclear bomb

I just read this on metacafe and it sounds interesting that no one talks about it? why aren't they being held accountable for the earthquakes....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The largest nuclear bomb ever detonated was a 150 megatons thermonuclear waepon which was detonated 11km below the surface of pacific ocean inside the marina trench.
This trench is the deepest point of the earth and beneaths almost under Japan.So it seemed like the perfect place to execute such a devastating test.
The test has been executed by the French government in 1997 or 1998 (not sure about the year.).They were warned several times by a lot of nations for not doing it.The reason is the probabilty of triggering massive earthquakes all around the world.But the warning haven't been taken into consideration by the French.
And after a shrot time period from the test, the seismic waves of the explotion spread through out the core of the earth to every where.
The quakes began in Indai followed by the 7.5 magnitude one which was happened in the northern reigon of Turkey in 1999.This was the most devastaing of them all.More than 20.000 people (officialy recorded) died in just 45 sec.
The nuclear power is something very difficult to keep under control.And the most advanced naitons of the earth are still playing with that fatal power.
