  • I think it is more an issue of the Syian Army bombarding civilian neighborhoods and the rebels are simply fighting back form those areas. . . . what exactly are you expecting? them to mark a defined battle ground out in the country side and then march at eachother?? This isn't the 17th century of old European line and trench warfare you idiot. This is a military attacking a civilian population.

  • In all fairness to the FSA, where else are they supposed to fight from? The civies are long gone - either internally displaced, or refugees in neighboring nations. Using bombed out, empty civilian homes makes some kind of sense, when the only alternative is standing in the street and firing at fortified government positions.

      Great way to create an endless game of hide and seek where rebels snipe SAA units for 24 hours and move on to the next town. Then rinse and repeat. That's not a good gameplan for Assad.

      Leave Syria. He can't win this fight, he's done to many things wrong to win anyone else over. He's just destroying what the people paid him to protect, their lives and property. Guerilla warfare is tough to beat if your forced to work within parameters.
