@N4CR i think he was trying to hold the other car on the scene,and not bullying in traffic... and the "leaving tap" is assault with deadly weapon.

To me it looked like he was blocking a traffic lane trying to turn. Didn't see any damage on the SUV either so dunno what the problem is. If a guy gets all threatening to break my windshield and he doesn't get out of the way again.. what else do you do? Reverse into cars behind you to get away and end up with more damage? Never block a car. It'll always win if you threaten it.

@N4CR He tries to break it after the other one clearly push it... It is clear that there were an issue there, probably a rear end. Left the scene of an accident, assault with deadly weapon... I guess they will be happy to live in Russia..
