  • I wondered about whether he was spinning the numbers. After researching I saw they were. IE an assasination only counts if the victim was shot in the BACK of the head. Car bombs not counted as terrorism. ??? So thats how the numbers look the way they do in the Generals neat little graphs. War profiteers are gleeful, thats for sure.
