It's old news. It would be just as easy to harp on Kennedy's dad being a bootlegger, or Bush's dad supporting the Nazi party. In the long run... so what?
This harping, I think, is a "petty delusion".
There are more relevant and pressing things to dislike about Obama (and a good chunk of Congress) than this.

While those comparisons are very obviously ridiculous nonsense, it doesn't matter that it's "old news". Obama is still the same person.
Nobody is criticizing Obama for what his parents were. His mentors were terrorists and racists. Anyone who pretends that is irrelevant, should never be taken seriously by anybody.
