It was done a low speed. And driver had his door already unlatched, ready to bail. My guess is this was some type of insurance fraud setup.

Yellow licence plate shows this car is "Kei-jidousha" or the light-class car less than 660cc engine. Green & yellow sign at the rear gate means "this driver took driving licence within a year"
