I spoke to the man that was driving the car and he told me it started back in the construction zone , he got boxed in by a couple of trucks and then got hooked to the trailer , tires rubbing against his vehicle. He was glad he didn't bring More..

Making a right turn at an intersection this big rig was halfway, 45 degrees, when this other driver from behind zoomed up to backed up traffic and stopped then the big rig side was scraping her vehicle. So she blocked him on the side from completing his turn.

Damage is on the wrong side for that scenario. And what intersection? This looks like a highway with ramps for entering and exiting.
