Lewisham Train Crash - Tragedy in the Fog (1957)
large numbers of injured and fatalaties in this train crash which occured in thick fog in the south London suburbs. Many houses in the UK did not have TV as yet and would have got this news via cinema news reels and radio .. as it was just before Christmas this made it even more poignant.

yeh man I agree, I think it's posh speak! like the the ones who say hice instead of house but, I can hardly make out what the woman at the end was saying, even though she did well at the time.
