Russia demands justice.

A 24-year old Russian student remains in critical condition after being brutally beaten in a Canadian detention center, almost two months ago. Denis Telyakov was arrested after he allegedly threatened another student. Russia has demanded a full investigation and punishment for those responsible for the attack.
