Wrong JTFII was formed in 1993 priot to all the this terrorist scare.

They formed the original unit from the disbanded CAR unit after the Somalia incident... kind of slight of hand, make it seems as tho they disbanded the unit, but all they did was re-name it and give them more funding. Same unit different name.
