I really don't get the prosecution case against the driver. The video evidence, in my opinion, completely vindicates him from any wrong doing. He obeyed the lights, and I could sure as hell NOT see the motor bike coming until the last fraction of a second. The motor bike skipped the red lights, had no lights on and the deaths are entirely the fault of the motorbike rider.
