It's not easy being green. But it's even harder being homeless with a wife and two kids to support.
This weekend, a shelter-free street performer took his Muppet-themed act to YouTube (thanks to New York mag for finding it). In this totally charming clip, the nameless man turns two Kermit the Frog puppets into Freddie Mercury and David Bowie, leading them in a lip-sync duet of the classic tune Under Pressure.
The whole thing is hilarious, not to mention incredibly well done. The man's Muppet mimicry is almost too perfect, especially when paired with his awesomely overwrought gestures. And try not to feel a tear when you see his street sign, which states that he is both homeless and "out of work." The song becomes that much more poignant.
