A couple of thief who were also accused of murder were caught by a crowd of man and beaten. They were taken to the hospital by the authorities to treat their injuries but were again beaten by the same crowd of man. This happened in Dominican Republic and is another example of how the people are taking the law into their own hands due to an drastic increase in crime and lack of effective local law system. I will post a brief video of the second thief.
