TEENAGER#4 an xbox sir COP: ok, next one! TEENAGER#5 my name is Cesar and for being a thief they are going to rape me COP: they are going to rape you? if you are talking about being forced to bribe mexican cops, i tell you what to do when they pull you over and ask you for money in exchange for not taking you to the headquarters where supposedly you are gonna pay more, if you are pretty sure you didn't do anything wrong, just tell them "ok, let's go to the headquarters and see what's happen", and they will tell you something like "ok, i'm gonna give you a brake, you can go now", as simple as that man.
