Interesting, because I just watched the video and he clearly said, "No" when asked the direct question on whether or not he regretted his vote. What he had regret over was the method by which the bill was crafted. I agree with him completely and there's no doubt there will be many amendments made to it down the line. But people who want to simply repeal it (along with the basic consumer protections it provides) are goddam fools.
