Syrian Army Tank hits a powerful anti-tank mine, and gets destroyed in its tracks

They're trained not to get out of their tank just in case of a secondary blast. What sense does it make to get out of an armored tank during an attack? NONE! Plus just because the tracks on the tank are broken doesn't mean the turret can not fire. The tank is still operational. It only takes about 10 minutes to swap out a track.
