Truck driver takes police for a 40 minutes chase through town.
During the chase the driver ignores commands issued by the police loudspeakers to pull over.
They finaly manage to bring the chase to a hault after shooting at his tires and blocking the way ahead.

The driver was a 22-year-old intoxicated young man, who took his father's car to drive around the city and relieve stress after a quarrel with the girl.
