  • Not sure that a self proclaimed anarchist/socialist/liberal is one worth listening to with respect to President Reagan.

    He's probably a bit biased.

  • This guy is one of the biggest pieces of shit on the face of the earth. I used to read his books about language until I became more politically aware and realized what a asshole he is. When you hear people dismiss 'intellectuals' for their stupidity--you know, 'some things are so stupid only an 'intellectual' would believe them,' this is the poster boy for that clown parade.

  • Being disliked by Noam Chomsky isn't exactly a bad thing.

It is so easy. Only a fool would listen and follow this idiot. He is a self admitted Anarchist Marxist elitist

    • @grunt So, he's a anarchist, marxist elitist that's correct in his assessment of Reagan. He's not the only one who's noticed all those talking points. Ask any American (who doesn't worship the ground he walked on) who remembers that era. He was a frickin horrible president dude.

  • WHO IS NOAM CHOMSKY ?????

Chomsky has stated that his "personal visions are fairly traditional anarchist ones, with origins in the Enlightenment and classical liberalism", and he has praised (libertarian socialism). Although Chomsky tries to avoid the ambiguity of labels, his political views are often characterized in news accounts as "leftist" or "left-wing," and he has described himself as an anarcho-syndicalist. He is a member of the Campaign for Peace and Dem More..

  • I spend a lot of time talking with liberals. Recently one explained to me a story he had read which was written by a reporter at the NY Times that proposed raising taxes on gasoline. He said that the reporter had listed many positive aspects to raising taxes on gasoline totaling several pages. I asked him how many pages listed the negative aspects to such a proposal. He said, "none."

  • Saved as a favorite to remind all those cool-aid drinking conservatives what kind of president Reagan was. I've argued about these points for a while now. Glad there's dialog to back things up. lol

  • Noam Chumpski, the assclown who supported Pol Pot and the Cambodian Genocide.Chomsky denied the Cambodian Genocide, claiming that the killing had been inflated "by a factor of 100." He further asserted that the (in reality) 2 to 3 million Cambodians slaughtered by the Khmer Rouge from 1975 to 1978 were morally comparable to Nazi collaborators during WW2, and that Pol Pot's Cambodia was "comparable to France after liberation [from the Nazis]

As far as the bullshit he speaks of here More..

    • @Matthewselah
His comments about Cambodia and love affair with Pol Pot are well known, even outside conservative circles. As his denying the Holocaust and Gas Chambers and his less than admirable linguistic teachings

    • @Fire37Rescue A million ppl could regurgitate a lie a billion times and that wouldn't make it the truth. He never denied the holocaust, and he condemned the Khmer as a rabid racist regime responsible for horrendous crimes. I'll post his exact quotes if you'd like.

  • It appears that Chomsky is the one here being deified by the Left and Democracy Now.

You can't have a conversation with any Liberal without quotes from the Gospel of Noam.

They have the White House, The Senate, Illinois, California, and Masachusettes.
And they have the keys to the treasury and the ability to borrow and prit money.

  • Everyone knows Reagan walked on water and faught off an army of gargoyles that attacked from outer space with one hand while single handedly defeating the Soviet Union without ever once raising taxes or the debt limit and kicked all the illegal aliens out of the US. Shit was fucking perfect.

  • oh dear, reality. similar to the way galileo used observation and evidence to challenge conventional beliefs, this is heresy to the GOP.

  • What a dirtball commie. Reagan was very popular, except in the Leftist Commie circles.Tey hate him because he made the Commie Soviet Union fail and they were inconsolable until 9/11
