We'll ignore the blatant propaganda text as usual and investigate whether Rasengan has faked location, date, cause.
Update: The only activity in Douma in the past 5 days was the deliberate explosive demolition of a government building by FSA terrorists. Certainly no Barrel Bombs.
Consider this debunked! Obviously they got in some locals to rake over the wreckage for a photo-op.
