Very serious impact involving a scooter rider giving it the beans down the outside towards a busy junction. A truck of sorts is turning left and the resulting impact is sudden and violent.

It appears as though the rider was also flung into a telegraph or light pole.
Seems as though the truck was at fault. You can clearly see the lights are green for the scooters lane.
