  • I guess I have to re post my opinion again, to make something more aware for the community!

    Of course the father is dumb; since he didn`t look BOTH sides he is a shame in protecting his children!!!

    BUT:
    The car who crashed into the group was improperly overtaking (since it was a 2-lane road with 2 different directions of travelling) because he/she didn`t look out at all.

    The father looked before he passed the 1st lane if the traffic had stopped. It stopped so he crossed the road (1st lane).
