As a trucker myself, I have always worried that this could happen to me. I use a lot of two lane back roads. Some can be so narrow that two trucks just barely squeeze by with maybe 2-3 feet between them. So far I have survived 17 years of long haul trucking and hopefully I'll never have to experience a tragedy like the above video.
No amount of experience can ever prepare you for an event like this. You ether live or you die. RIP drivers.

@Shantyjr Thanks, I pray every winter. Winter driving sucks enough when driving a car but it's worse driving a big truck.
A virtual +1 for you is all I can do.

@BloodBathandBeyond If you're in the Truck, Chances are you will most likely live and the other guy will die. Unless he is also in a truck, then you're fucked.
Seriously Truck drivers are always the ones who walk away from crashes while the other guy is in pieces.

Looks like you can see the person of the oncoming truck flying past on the ground at 13 seconds.

@vsk2002 - Is 'MAN' a make of lorry? "The driver of the MAN" sounds bit gay. I wouldn't want that on my headstone: 'Died whilst riding a man'

I have to drive in ice and snow every now and then, but I have very little interest in smashing my car to bits. It's pretty easy to do just drive a bit slower!

They drive fast to get home as fast as they can before some idiot kills them in an accident. That's the only reason I could come up with...

Russians should start putting cameras along the roads. I'd love to see the side view.

If Russians make separate roadbeds for each direction, their casualties will drop at least by half, but they don't do that, and provide us with video materials :)

@inexpendable that's obvious. But making the dividers on all roads in Russia is not the same level of expenses as making such dividers in Bulgaria.

@inexpendable After watching all those videos I hate driving on roads like that. I always expext the oncoming cars to steer into my lane.

@AntonGLK I totally agree with you, but in my perception Russia is much richer than Bulgaria :) Maybe I'm wrong.

@inexpendable I think then we'd have a bunch of great videos of russians crossing medians at a high rate of speed and then getting into head-ons.

@wawa17 On such roads I like to drive behind something heavy, or at least behind a car, but there's no absolute guarantee a reckless driver will appear moving towards me:)

@Donegal You're right. The common denominator in russian crash videos is horrible music. "Danza kuduro" by Don Omar is one of the shittiest pieces of music out there, and it's what's being heard when the accident ensued.

@Donegal Well in this case, A (Russians driving) + B (Shitty Music) = C (Death)
So its easy to say A cannot Equal C without B. So stay AWAY from B ppl.
