What I really don't get it is that Russians drivers are able to operate a vehicle using eyes to see where they're going, hands to steer, and feet to gas/brake and yet CAN'T read people who are crossing!
Must be due to their mentally dysfunctional skills thanks to years of vodka abuse their parents went thru during the Communist era.
