OREGON, OH – Oregon, Ohio Police have made an arrest after releasing a tape of a suspect stealing coins from washing machines in an apartment complex.
The Oregon Arms surveillance video showed a man tipping over washing machines and taking coins from inside, a process that took about a half hour.
On Thursday, officers arrested Edmond Ballard for taking the coins, which only amounted to about $75.
Ballard now faces charges of breaking and entering, plus tampering with coin machines.
