  • How long until the EU realises that their arrogant, undemocratic experiment is over? The people will speak whether you like it or not.

  • The bailouts were to pay bond investors. Now Greece is going to be craved up and sold to foreigners.

  • I fucking find it hilarious to see the Germans and the Dutch making all the negative comments directed at the Greek people, and it is not a coincidence since their countries have benefited massively from the corruption in Greece and not that the shit backfired their politicians (and media) are brainwashing them. Just watch the comments section and you'll see what I mean.

      Corruption... ha!
Who would have ever thought that massive social entitlement programs coupled with huge vacations and early retirement would have ever turned out bad?

      Damn those Germans!

    • @BrokeVW Exactly. When you know that these things take place you don't play with fire (i.e. making money through scandals) and lend money to a country that you know will not be able to pay back.

I wouldn't throw too many stones considering corruption is not foreign to capitalism either.

Oh, I'll throw stones. I can. I pay my own way and more importantly, I've prepared.

I'll just as happily string up US citizens as I would the Greeks.
When our 16 trillion chickens come home to roost as our own debt destroys the US, I'll be ready.

Lots won't be, but as far as I am concerned... 69,456,879 people here deserve what they get when the economy catches up with them.

Very simple... if you live beyond your means, it WILL eventually catch up to you. Be it Greece, the UK, the US More..

  • Umm, why doesn't this give them to the right to just shoot them? It's fucking attempted murder as I see it.

    • @Spudly U look so funny. Change ur chopper with something else pls. Btw in Greece we don’t have the right to shoot randomly in the streets. US the same. Watch better ur lessons.

  • Meanwhile, I'm very disappointed about the greeks. The EU gives them so much money So that their country can recover.

But what happens: The ppl in this country, who can retire from job at the earliest - dont want to work more.

Unemployment is very high. Instead of rethinking and neutral protest they making big riots, Aggressive behavior towards other countries that help, such as Germany.

    • @shabbyaddicted you can't compare the common worker to the bankers, politicians and officials.
the greek workers have to pay for their masters mistakes and of course they're pissed off.

  • If the protestors use deadly force, so should the police.

    Posted Feb-27-2012 By

  • I'd love to see them try that in the US. That would be a good video.

    • @Fred Garvin Why u need to see Greeks fighting with US cops.? I don’t think it’s a very good idea my arrogant friend, I noticed that US cops they don’t have helmets or shields, they never see a Molotov come flying to them. Go eat ur cheerios and wash ur daddies shocks Fred. Let those who have guts to clean up.

  • The police is protecting the state against its citizen. But in a democraty the citizen should be in charge. But what happens when they elect people who then lock things up and are working against the citizen?
Only a revolution can change this, you cannot rely on the ones who locked the things up in the first place to change it back.
And in a revolution, if you have some human standing against it (ie. the police) they need to be killed or violence needs to be done against them as they are here to More..

    • @weblover Your a fucking moron.

Greece agrees to austerity measures to save its economy..these monkeys get pissy because budgets get cut.

If you riot because your government is trying to save your economy and the whole of the european union...you deserve to have your fucking head cut off.

    • @weblover Well, most of the revolutions from good times end in worse times. Greece is not a third world country and a revolution will definitely do more damage.

    • @Brutusbruno

No doubt, and justifiable, too.You couldn't pay me enough money to be a cop in Athens. They are prohibited from meeting deadly force with deadly force??

    • @MsgInABottle I agree the filthy scumbag corporations that run this country and our political leaders that are slowly chipping away at our rights need to be removed and will be. The will and hearts of the American citizens are what make this country great. Times are changing people are waking up and getting informed all over the world, and I hope to see some great changes in the next 10 to 20 years. Enjoy your day.
