Average wrap-up time between calls included in Bertelsmann asDP (staff growt) programme

At Bertelsmann Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, in Liverpool, there was being put a lot of focus on average call-time and wrap-up time between calls, for staff.

(On the expense of the content of the calls?)
