That may be so, but it's not as if there was a whole lot of time to do much of anything. If it was me, I'd be expecting that bus to stop. Bit hard to tell but it also looks like there might have been some trees just near the corner, so her view would probably be much more obscured than the one the camera has. She was also travelling at a fair rate of knots, you don't pull out in front of any chunk of steel going that fast, even if you have the green!
